KMPAM FAQ for Listeners: 
 
Q.: When I click on the listen button the player window will not open. Why? 
 
A.: You may have pop-up killers and/or anti-virus software enabled while launching the window. You need disable one or both of these software applications in order to launch the player window. 
 
Q.: The music seems to cut in and out and/or is distorted when I listen. Why? 
 
A.: If you are using dial-up the streaming quality will be lower. We have set 
the output stream quality to the lowest setting for the purpose of those using dial-up or lower speed connection. 
 
Q. How do I make a music request? 
 
A. You can email the DJ of your choice with your request via the link to “Our Internet DJ’s”; however, the requests must be made at least one hour PRIOR to the scheduled broadcast time. 
 
Q. How do I see who is broadcasting live? 
 
A. Click on the link to the “broadcast calendar”, create a free account with Live 365.com and the login to see the scheduled live shows. 
 
Q. When I click the listen button I get an error message that says “broadcasting is unavailable at this time.” What’s wrong? 
 
A. When our DJ’s change from basic broadcasting to live broadcasting, this message is displayed. Simply refresh the page and try again as this normally only occurs for a few seconds. 
 
Q. Is there any adult content played on KMPAM? 
 
A. No. KMPAM does not play any adult related content on any of it’s shows as we strive to entertain all listening audiences.  
 
Q. How could I become a DJ on KMPAM? 
 
A. Simply click the link “MPAM” and join MPAM as an Associate Member and contact the station manager at stationmaster@kmpam.com to express your interest.
